- Included with the rental is a fully stocked pantry, laundry and linens, toiletry supplies and firewood.
- Meal preparation services, baby sitting, pet sitting, daily maid service and jeeping tours with picnic are available on request for an extra cost.
Pet Friendly: We LOVE dogs!, "HOWEVER" we are insistent that pets be friendly to other animals and people, freshly cleaned (48 hrs prior to arrival),no fleas, housebroken, well mannered, able to stay off furniture no clawing doors or chewing or barking and basically well behaved. Please make sure your pet fits within these guidelines. Limit 2 w/o charge. Over 2 will be charged $25.00 per day per pet. Pet owners are expected to pay for all pet damages. Any animals not within guideline will be asked to relocate to a local kennel close to the area where you can drop off and pick up dogs on a daily basis. Sorry no kitties, the cougar eats them! - A horse corral located on the property for hunters or travelers with horses.

- Kid Friendly: We LOVE kids; however, we do ask that kids only approach the river with a parent. The river is about 150' from the house and is a real white water river. Be advised it is dangerous during spring run off.
- Smoking Allowed: Outside on deck only, Absolutely, NO SMOKING in house, to do so will incure dry cleaning charges for all drapes and fabics.
